• Tax Return: If you find documentation that you think may result in your ability to claim a larger refund after your return was filed (Current or prior years), we will review it and will notify you of any missed deductions or credits.

• Bookkeeping: We can review your current books and records for a better understanding if you are in need of a second opinion of how to keep a better record keeping.

• If you receive an audit letter about a return that was prepared at another Tax Preparation office, we will assist you in reviewing, and helping you solve any issues that arise. If an amendment is needed through no fault of our firm, we will happily prepare it for you. Our amendment services start at a minimal fee of $175.

• If you receive an audit letter about a return we prepared and it has been determined that we are at fault, we will assist you in solving any issues that arise, including completing an amendment return at no charge.

• Free copies of your completed tax return are available at any time upon request.

• Our offices will provide the most accurate return and refund you are entitled to. If our office makes an error in the preparation of your tax return that results in penalties and interest, we will reimburse you for the associated penalty and interest initially assessed.
